Cherry Blossom Shampoo&Conditioner DUO

I purchased the shampoo and conditioner bundle, the hair yogurt, and TWO hair oils. I received everything, but only ONE hair oil. I have submitted a message into the chat on the website TWICE about this issue. I have not gotten a response back. I also sent an email replying to the email I received to review the hair products. I was excited to purchase the products because of the awesome reviews. This is giving me a bad impression on the company and makes me not want to purchase from them again regardless of the results I may get. I would like to get what I paid for. Order number 57733. I ordered on July 17th and received my order on July 24th. It is now August...
