Brooklynn Howard I spent over $70 on my order and only received two of the items I paid for. When I reached out to the company, they responded quickly and promised to send the rest of my order the next day. But that never happened, and now they’ve completely stopped responding.
To make things even worse, the eyelash/brow oil I received caused a terrible reaction. My eye became red, extremely itchy, and blurry, and even after a week, it still hasn’t fully healed. I’ve never had a reaction like this before, and it’s honestly concerning.
I wouldn’t recommend this brand at all. If you do choose to order from them, proceed with caution. And based on what I’ve seen, they’re also deleting TikTok comments from customers trying to get answers, which says a lot.
